Clifford M. Clarke was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He now leverages his talents in the private sector as an Information Technology consultant. Pracademic: (noun) A pracademic is someone who is both an academic and an active practitioner in their subject area. I am a equity, diversity, and inclusion pracademic. I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Global Leadership, concentrating in issues of diversity, inclusion, and equity. I consult with several organizations on equity, diversity, and inclusion issues most notable is the local chamber, Greater Fort Wayne Inc.
